I’m so excited to share with you what I’m doing and what I am working on!

I have been on a sabbatical from teaching to care for my parents who are aging and need support. In the 2 months that I haven’t been teaching I have missed it SO MUCH. Soooooo….

I am starting to film some practices right here from the countryside of PA to share with you. Please stayed tuned. I can’t wait to share this practice with you, and to share some of the stories and insights I’ve gained from living with and caring for my folks.
